Shveta Gadwani

Shveta Gadwani is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Principal HR Business Partner APAC at Alation since July 2023. Prior to this role, Shveta held the position of Head of Human Resources at Navya Care from June 2022 to May 2023. Shveta's extensive experience includes serving as Sr. Culture and Talent Business Partner at Qlik from January 2017 to June 2022, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Aryaka Networks from May 2012 to December 2016. Shveta began their career as an Analyst in HR Operations at Deloitte from May 2010 to April 2012. Shveta earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from ICFAI Business School between 2008 and 2010.
