Chase Potter

Chase Potter has over 10 years of work experience in various roles in the professional services and client services divisions. Chase has held leadership positions at AlayaCare, where they were the Vice President of Professional Services and the Senior Director of US Client Services. Chase was responsible for leading teams and providing consulting and delivery services to home care agencies. Chase also worked as a Director and Senior Manager at AlayaCare, overseeing client services and implementing projects. Prior to AlayaCare, Chase worked at IBM Canada as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, where they led a major Canadian bank cheque processing transformation project. Chase has also worked as a Marketing Assistant at Presagia. Overall, Chase has a strong background in leading teams and implementing projects in the professional services and client services sectors.

Chase Potter attended McGill University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a BCOMM degree in International Business. Prior to that, they attended Phillips Academy from 2005 to 2009. In addition, Chase Potter has also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2017.
