Jennifer Szabo is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Partner at AlayaCare, Jennifer has spearheaded company-wide projects focused on coaching, competency, and leadership development. Previous roles include an eLearning Instructional Designer at Manulife, where Jennifer received the Hermes Platinum Creative Award, and a Leadership Coach with Innersee Initiatives Inc., working with MBA students to enhance their leadership skills. Jennifer's background also encompasses employment coaching, job development, and health and wellness coaching across multiple sectors.
