Martine Lachance is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in customer success operations and product adoption. Currently serving as the Release & Product Adoption Manager at AlayaCare since November 2025, Martine previously held the position of Senior Manager of Customer Success Operations at Novisto, where responsibilities included leading teams, implementing support tools, and enhancing customer experiences.
