Raoul A. Flaminzeanu

Raoul A. Flaminzeanu serves as the Manager of Product Design at AlayaCare since January 2024, following a tenure as a Guest Lecturer at HEC Montréal, where topics included Design Systems and Visual Hierarchy. Previously, Raoul held the position of UX Manager at Shopify, leading a navigational team and mentoring creatives on high-visibility projects. As Director of R&D, UX & Design at Coveo, Raoul scaled the product design team and managed a diverse group of 14 professionals. Raoul's experience also includes managerial roles at Intact, focusing on Design Thinking, mobile strategy, and user experience, alongside prior positions at Seedbox Technologies and Versatilemedia. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s degree in Human System Intervention from Concordia University and a BFA in Interaction Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
