Lokesh Saini

Lokesh Saini is currently serving as the Associate Director of Product Management at Innovaccer since October 2024, following a tenure as Director of Product Management at UnifyApps and Sprinklr. At Sprinklr, Lokesh managed a team of over 70 members to develop a Unified - CXM SaaS platform that provided actionable insights for leading brands. Prior experiences include roles in product and analytics management at airtel X Labs and Absolutdata Analytics, where significant contributions included increasing customer satisfaction scores and developing a product recommendation engine for a government ministry. Lokesh holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, as well as Mathematics and Scientific Computing, from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
