Thomas Laporte Aust

Thomas Laporte Aust is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business law and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Partner and Lawyer at Aust LLP, a boutique firm specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and General Corporate and Commercial Law since August 2010, Thomas also holds the position of General Counsel at AlayaCare since January 2014. Additional notable roles include Director of Operations for the Liberal Party of Canada's campaign in March-April 2025, Financial Agent for Mark Carney's Liberal Leadership Campaign from January-March 2025, and Vice President at North American Lithium Inc. from December 2016 to May 2018.
