Rick Walsh

Rick Walsh currently serves as the Managing Director of Risk Practice at DVCP Limited, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Rick held the role of Interim Chief Risk Officer at Alba Bank from July 2023 to March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Enterprise and Operational Risk Director at Nationwide Building Society from February 2019 to October 2023, and as the Enterprise & Operational Risk Director at The Co-operative Bank plc from July 2016 to February 2019. Rick's career also features a tenure at GE Money as the Enterprise & Operational Risk Leader from February 2011 to February 2019, and a position as Director of European Operational Risk Management at Bank of America from September 2006 to February 2011. Earlier work experience includes operational risk roles at Barclays Bank from 2001 to 2004. Rick specializes in the design and implementation of risk-based frameworks and is responsible for enterprise risk management and business continuity.
