Claudio Scamoni

Claudio Scamoni has extensive experience in organizational development and compliance across various financial institutions. Since October 2011, Claudio has served as the Head of the Monitoring Outsourcing Department at Alba Leasing spa, overseeing the implementation of regulatory compliance, organizational efficiency, and communication tools. Previous roles include Head of the Organisational Development Department at Barclays Bank Plc, where Claudio focused on operational risk governance and compliance, and Head of the Organization Department at locafit, a BNP Paribas entity, where Claudio led several integration and transition projects. Claudio began a career as a senior consultant at PwC Consulting, specializing in business process controls and risk management. Claudio holds a laurea degree in economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
