Jeff W. has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for ALBA Group Asia since February 2024. Previously, Jeff held roles at KEF | Kent Engineering & Foundry, including Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Global Talent Acquisition, where significant contributions were made in talent management for a renowned audio brand. Prior positions include Talent Acquisition Lead at Rosewood Hotel Group, Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Hasbro, and roles at Melco Resorts & Entertainment and Randstad. Jeff's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Hong Kong, a BSc/BCom from The University of Auckland, and a Master's in Human Resources from Royal Holloway, University of London.
