Andrew Lewis

Andrew Lewis is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at GreenHearth and Chief Risk Officer at AlbaCo Ltd, Andrew is instrumental in launching Scotland’s first dedicated SME bank in nearly 200 years. Previously held leadership positions include Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Tofauti Foundation, Group Chief Risk Officer at Aldermore Bank, and Partner at Bain & Company, where expertise was provided to financial services leaders globally. As a co-founder and Executive Chairman of Esme Loans, Andrew initiated a digital platform aimed at alternative financing for SMEs. Andrew's long career at NatWest Group spanned multiple executive roles including Managing Director and Head of Enterprise Risk Management, showcasing comprehensive capability in structured finance, risk strategy, and commercial banking. Andrew holds a BSc in Mathematics and Management Science from King's College London.
