Mr. Roshan Madhu is a Mechanical Engineer from University of Kerala, India and a Diploma in Advanced Computing from Amrita University & Technology. He has over 20 years of experience in Estimation and planning in Hydrocarbon Contracting segment. As Proposal Manager, Roshan Madhu is in charge of scheduling proposals, conducting risk analysis, and coordinating estimates before submitting it to our prestigious clients. Mr. Madhu is responsible for leading a highly effective and motivated team of proposals engineers to thoroughly understand the client requirements and with the internal stakeholders for achieving and exceeding the client requirements. He has gained extensive experience in managing bid teams and works closely with the operation, engineering and, finance departments.
