Clifton Bush is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health care management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Albany Technical College since March 2020, Clifton has also been the Chief Operating Officer at Albany Area Primary Health Care (AAPHC) since January 2006, overseeing operational activities and health care delivery across clinic sites. In previous roles, Clifton has directed specialty services and managed the Pediatric facility, focusing on staffing, operations, and human resource issues. Clifton holds a Master of Science in Health Care Management from Troy University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Care Administration/Management and Business Management from Albany State University.

Serving the Southwest Georgia community since 1979, Albany Area Primary Health Care (AAPHC) is a non-profit community health center with offices in Baker, Calhoun, Dooly, Dougherty, Lee, Thomas and Terrell Counties.. AAPHC provides care in the specialties of Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Podiatry, Behavioral Health, Vision Care, as well as General Dentistry. AAPHC, as a community health center, is committed to our goal to offer a broad range of primary care services to our patients regardless of residence, income or insurance coverage. We strive to provide comprehensive, coordinated, and continuous care to all who access our services.
