Nyree Quintero

Nyree Quintero has extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry. NYREE is currently serving as the SVP - Operations Leader Americas and Alternative Delivery Leader at T.Y. Lin International, where they have held several leadership roles since 2016. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President and Americas Director Alternative Delivery at the same company.

Before joining T.Y. Lin International, Nyree Quintero held the position of Vice President at CONALVIAS USA LLC from 2010 to 2015, where they were responsible for the company's U.S. operations and strategic planning.

NYREE also has experience in project management and technical leadership from their time at CONALVIAS CONSTRUCCIONES, where they managed major construction projects in Colombia, focusing on hydropower, roads, and transportation infrastructures.

Earlier in their career, they served as the Engineering Director at Ingenieros Constructores Gayco S.A. and the Technical Director at CIVILES LTDA. In both roles, they were responsible for leading teams, project cost control, and ensuring quality and constructability in infrastructure projects.

Nyree Quintero holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad de La Sabana, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, from 1996 to 2001. Nyree Quintero also earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering from the same university, completing it between 1990 and 1995. Furthermore, they hold additional certifications including the Designated Design-Build Professional Certification from DBIA Western Pacific Region (obtained in 2020), the CERTIFIED GENERAL CONTRACTOR IN FLORIDA CGC from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (obtained in 2013), and the PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEER certification from the Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenieria y Arquitectura (obtained in 1996).
