Diane M. Loudon

SVP Operations / General Manager, Albany Safran Composites at Albany International

Diane M. Loudon has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Diane M. began their work experience in 1999 at MedSource Technologies, where they served as the Director of Business Integration and General Manager. Diane M. implemented operational improvements, improved team cohesion, and increased employee engagement during their time there.

In 2007, they joined Accellent, Inc. as the SVP of Customer Operations and later became the Director of Operations. Diane M. led the Laconia, NH device assembly facility, focusing on enhancing customer service, reducing costs, and expanding customer opportunities.

In 2011, Diane joined Albany International / AEC as the SVP of Operations, where they oversaw the manufacturing of composite parts for the new LEAP engine. Diane M. also played a crucial role in the construction of facilities in Rochester, NH, and Commercy, France.

From 2016 to 2017, they served as the President of Albany Engineered Composites. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Accu-Tube LLC and Arc Drilling as a Member of the Board of Directors, contributing to the growth and differentiation of these companies.

Diane M. Loudon holds a MBA degree in Organization Development from Syracuse University, which they completed between 1982 and 1984. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Industrial Engineering from Central New England College between 1976 and 1979. More recently, in 2016, Diane attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where they completed the 2016 Tuck Executive Program, focusing on Business Administration, Management and Operations, and Leadership.
