Diane Morin

Diane Morin has extensive work experience in human resources, specifically in the field of training and development. In 1987, they began their career at Albany International as a Councellor in Human Resources and held this role until 2007. From 2007 onwards, they were promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources Canada. Currently, they are working at Albany Engineered Composites as the Director of L&D and HR Projects, a role they started in 2018.

Diane Morin received a Ph.D. in Education Technology with a focus on Business - Learning & Development from Université Laval between the years 2015 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in MBA from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, they also hold a certification as a CRHA from Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
