Doug Moschkau

Doug Moschkau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business excellence and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the AEC Global LSS & Boerne Director of Business Excellence at Albany Engineered Composites since June 2012, Doug has held multiple leadership roles including CoFounder and Leader of the Boerne Group Veterans Association and Director of Continuous Improvement. Prior to Albany Engineered Composites, Doug worked at HEB as Continuous Improvement Manager, overseeing strategies for food manufacturing and warehouse distribution facilities, and at Norwood Promotional Products as Lean Master Facilitator. Doug's career began in the U.S. Army, where significant leadership roles included Battalion Assistant Operations Officer and Combat Engineer Platoon Leader. Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
