Rene Gonzalez

Rene Gonzalez is an accomplished leader in operational excellence with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as General Manager and Global Director of Operational Excellence at Albany Engineered Composites since September 2020, Rene previously held the role of General Manager at Exacta Aerospace, Inc. from June 2017 to May 2020. Prior to that, Rene spent nearly a decade at Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings (now part of Arconic), where responsibilities included Director of Operations, Plant Manager, and Operations Manager.
