Stephen Tse is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in advanced composite manufacturing and engineering operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering Operations at Albany International Corp. since January 2012, Stephen leads a global engineering organization, focusing on product development, process engineering, and technology advancements. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Boerne Group and Chief Engineer at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation, where Stephen contributed to significant aerospace projects, including unmanned aerial vehicles.
