Arup De serves as Vice President of Practice Business Operations and President of the Faculty Group Practice at Albany Medical Center, focusing on the design, construction, and management of anesthesia services across various facilities. With extensive experience in anesthesiology, Arup has held multiple roles including Vice Chairman of Anesthesia Systems Integration and Division Chief of Anesthesiology South Clinical Campus. Previous positions include Staff Anesthesiologist at Berkshire Health Systems, Greater Houston Anesthesiology, and North Shore Medical Center, supported by training as a Harvard Resident Physician in Anesthesiology. Arup holds an M.D. from UMass Chan Medical School, an MBA from RPI Lally School of Management, and completed the Cornell - HANYS Academy for Healthcare Leadership Advancement program. A Bachelor’s degree in Biology was obtained from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
