Bridget Cuccia

Bridget Cuccia, MS, CHC, currently serves as the Director of Medical Staff Credentialing and CVO at Albany Medical Center since February 2022. With extensive experience in healthcare management, Bridget has been self-employed as a healthcare consultant since January 2017. Prior roles include Director of Risk Management and Corporate Compliance at Whitney M. Young, Jr. Health Center, where responsibilities included serving as Compliance, Risk, and HIPAA Officer, and Director of Medical Staff Operations at Glens Falls Hospital, overseeing the credentialing process for 578 physicians. Additional experience includes senior coordination at The Center for Donation & Transplant and management roles at the University of Wisconsin Hospital Brain Donor Program and UW Organ Procurement Organization. Bridget holds a Master's degree in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from Albany Medical College-Alden March Bioethics Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from the State University of New York Cortland.
