Chanel Hong

Chanel Hong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and operations management across various sectors. Since February 2016, Chanel has served as Chief of Staff at Toyota Research Institute, a leading research and development organization focused on artificial intelligence to enhance human life, following previous roles as Communications Specialist and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior experience includes key positions at Upwork and its predecessor Elance-oDesk, where Chanel contributed to the growth of the freelance talent marketplace. Additional roles at Lightspeed Venture Partners, 1031 Exchange Company, Mills College Art Museum, Bonhams & Butterfields, and Montalvo Arts Center have further solidified expertise in corporate communications and support.
