Lisa McGrath

Lisa McGrath, MBA, currently serves as a Board Member for Can Code Communities and Woodland Hill Montessori School, while holding the position of Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Albany Medical Center since July 2021. McGrath has a strong background in fundraising and talent management, previously working as a Senior Major Gifts Officer at Union College and leading various administrative functions at Emma Willard School from 2008 to 2019. Additionally, McGrath directed major gifts and annual giving initiatives at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1999 to 2008, demonstrating expertise in managing teams and developing strategic programs to enhance donor engagement and fundraising efforts. McGrath earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from RPI Lally School of Management.
