John Farkas

John Farkas, Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Mount Aloysius College since September 2020. Farkas has held various leadership roles in advancement and development, including Vice President of University Advancement at Felician University and Chief Development Officer at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. Previous experience includes Senior Principal at Jerold Panas, Linzy & Partners, Inc., and Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Cedar Crest College. Farkas began a career focused on development at Atlanta College of Art, Woodruff Arts Center. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration from Georgia State University, a Master of Science in Counselor Education from the University of Scranton, and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education-Social Studies from the same institution.
