Rebecca Stetzer

Geriatrician, Center Of Excellence For Alzheimer's Disease, Department Of Neurology at Albany Medical Center

Rebecca Stetzer is a highly experienced geriatrician and educator, currently serving at Albany Medical Center in the Center of Excellence for Alzheimer's Disease and as part of the Internal Medicine Group since May 2021. In addition to clinical roles, Rebecca holds the position of Assistant Dean of Competency Development at Albany Medical College, providing assessment and coaching support to medical students, and has served as an Advising Dean. As an Associate Professor in Family and Community Medicine, Rebecca directs the geriatrics curriculum and oversees third-year rotations. Previous experience includes work with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Landmark Health, as well as various family physician roles and post-graduate training in Geriatric Medicine and Family Medicine. Rebecca’s education includes a Doctor of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine and a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine from Baystate Medical Center/Tufts University School of Medicine.
