Eric M. Berlin has a diverse work experience in the field of trumpet playing. Eric M. started their career as the Founder and Leader of the Majestic Brass Quintet in 1988. In 1998, they became the Principal Trumpet for the Albany Symphony Orchestra. In 2001, they joined the University of Massachusetts as a Professor of Trumpet. In 2005, they also became the Principal Trumpet for the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2006, they took on the role of Assistant Principal Trumpet for the Colorado Music Festival. In 2014, they joined the Empire Brass Quintet Inc as a Trumpet player. Eric has demonstrated their expertise and passion for trumpet playing throughout their career.
Eric M. Berlin has a Bachelor's degree in Classical Trumpet Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music, which they obtained between 1987 and 1991. Additionally, they attended the Tanglewood Fellowship in 1999 and the Music Academy of the West in 1990. In 1989, they also attended the Pierre Monteux School for Conductors.
