Albany Vascular is headed by Dr. Joe Harris "Tripp"​ Morgan III, a native of Camilla, Georgia. Dr. Morgan has privileges and performs operations and procedures at both local hospitals, Phoebe Putney's Main Campus and Phoebe Putney North. He also has the ability to perform many procedures at Albany Vascular Specialist Center or at the same location in the surgical suites of Vascular Health and Wellness.
