Mehmet Uludağ

He completed his undergraduate education in Dumlupınar University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2001, and his master's degree in Business Administration at Gediz University in 2013. He started his banking career at Albaraka Türk in 2004 as an Assistant Specialist at the Denizli Branch as part of the executive training program. He worked in Ankara/Şaşmaz, Manisa and Bursa/Uludağ branches, respectively. Uludağ, who assumed the duty of Aegean Regional Manager in 2017, was appointed as the Unit Manager of the Commercial and SME Sales Manager in 2019, after simultaneously fulfilling the role of Regional Sales and Allocation Manager. Uludağ, who has 16 years of managerial experience at all levels in the organization of the bank in the field of marketing and sales, He was appointed as the Director/Ombudsman to the "Ombudsman Business Family", which was implemented for the first time in the banking sector in order to develop a culture of feedback and solution orientation between the head office and the field organization. He pioneered the transformation of this business family into a corporate structure under the name of “Arbitration and Business Excellence” directly reporting to the General Manager. As of December 2022, he continues to serve as the Executive Vice President of Retail and Private Banking at the bank.
