Aydın, who graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Political Sciences Department of Finance, MBA and Istanbul Bilgi University Marketing Communications master's degree, started his professional career in the banking sector in 1996. Between 1996 and 2011, she worked in different roles such as system analyst, project manager, unit manager in marketing, operations, information technology business lines in areas such as digital banking, card payment systems, retail banking, product development, organization and process. Between 2012 and 2017, she managed consultancy projects in various sectors such as restructuring, process development, digitalization, and selection and evaluation activities in the field of human resources. In 2017, she started working at Albaraka Türk as the Digital Channels and Payment Systems Development Manager. Appointed as Director in July 2020, she assumed the responsibility of "Digital Channels and Payment Systems Development", "Payment Systems Operations" and "Call Center" directorates. She has been working as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Information Technologies and Digital Channels Development at the Bank since December 2022. At the same time, Insha Ventures Technology Development and Marketing Inc. (insha Ventures) and Albaraka Teknoloji Bilişim Sistemleri ve Pazarlama Ticaret A.Ş. (Albaraka Tech Global) as a Board Member. She has been working as the Assistant General Manager in charge of Information Technologies and Digital Channels Development at our Bank since then. At the same time, Insha Ventures Technology Development and Marketing Inc. (insha Ventures) and Albaraka Teknoloji Bilişim Sistemleri ve Pazarlama Ticaret A.Ş.
