Erica Green is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Outreach since August 2025. Previously, Erica held the role of Director of Customer Success at LiquidSpace from April 2023 to August 2025, where responsibilities included managing enterprise and strategic relationships to maximize value delivery across various industries.
