Caroline Hughes is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in global marketing and communication management, currently serving as the Global Marketing & Communication Manager at Albéa Group since June 2017. In this role, Caroline oversees international marketing strategies for beauty, pharmaceutical, and oral care product lines, focusing on innovation and sustainable packaging solutions. Previous roles include managing skincare product growth strategies and leading projects at AkzoNobel Decorative Coatings and Henkel, where Caroline successfully launched new products and developed marketing strategies.
