Elber Lima

Elber Lima serves as the IT Infrastructure and Operations Director and Group CTO at Albéa Group since January 2013, overseeing Global IT Infrastructure and Operations, Architecture Strategy, Service Management, and Project Management. Prior to this role, Elber worked as Information Technology and HR Director, and held various positions such as Information System Director and HR Manager at Rexam Plastic Packaging South America from April 2011 to January 2013, and IT & HR Manager at Rexam do Brasil from May 2000 to April 2011. Earlier experience includes roles as IT Supervisor at Giassetti Engenharia e Construção and System Analyst at CBC Heavy Industries Ltd. Elber has an extensive educational background, including a Lead the Future degree from INSEAD, an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, and a Post MBA from Ohio University, along with a degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
