Caitlin Levine

Caitlin Levine, MSW, currently serves as a Foster Care/Adoption Worker at Albemarle County since May 2020. With prior experience as a Clinical Social Work Intern at the Virginia Treatment Center for Children, Caitlin assisted Licensed Clinical Social Workers in providing therapy and care coordination for children in psychiatric settings. Caitlin also completed a foundational MSW field placement in Child Protective Services at Albemarle County, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, providing customer service, and facilitating Family Partnership Meetings. Earlier roles include Bilingual Program Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters, where supervision of mentoring matches was key, and various leadership positions in Amigos de las Americas focused on youth leadership and community development in Central America. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Development Studies from the University of Virginia.
