Lisa Green

Lisa Green has over two decades of experience in project management and compliance within various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Code Compliance in Albemarle County since July 2001, Lisa oversees the zoning code compliance program and inspects sites for adherence to local regulations. Previously, from November 2010 to September 2020, Lisa held the position of Planning Commissioner for the City of Charlottesville, where responsibilities included advising City Council on the Comprehensive Plan. Earlier roles include Construction Project Manager at SUPERVALU, where oversight of remodeling activities for a grocery store chain took place, and Project Manager at Impressions Marketing Group, Inc., focusing on project management for marketing materials. Lisa began their career as a CADD & PC Based Graphics Chief Detailer and Designer at Creative Dimension Group. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Drafting and Design Technology from Northwest Shoals Community College.
