Mukhtar Farhang

Mukhtar Farhang currently serves as the Payroll Manager at Albemarle County, a position held since March 2022, where responsibilities include planning, organizing, and supervising all payroll activities while developing departmental goals. Previously, Mukhtar held various finance-related roles at NETLINKS, including Finance Subject Matter Expert, and served as Deputy Director for the Budget and Finance Department at the Ministry of Defense. Mukhtar's experience extends back to 2012 in the Ministry of Defense, progressing through roles such as Payroll Manager, Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, and Budgeting Manager.
