Nicole Marshall is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Benefits and Wellness Manager at Albemarle County since April 2022, following their previous role as Human Resources Benefits Manager. Prior to this, Nicole spent over 24 years at the Albemarle County Police Department, progressing through various positions including Support Division Commander, responsible for fiscal management, project management, and departmental accreditation, as well as Management Support Coordinator, where oversight of department policies and grant management was key. Nicole began their career with Albemarle County in 1993 as an Office Associate in Purchasing and Transportation, building a strong foundation in public service and administration. Education was completed at William Monroe High School from 1987 to 1991.
