Courtney Tarantino

Courtney Tarantino, MSHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Albemarle Corporation, overseeing HR operations for the Charlotte Headquarters office since November 2016. Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and compliance, along with leading initiatives in data analytics and organizational development. Prior experience includes a Recruitment Business Partner role at Alexander Mann Solutions, where talent management solutions were provided to global organizations, and earlier roles at Credit Suisse and Labor Strategy, LLC.
