Dave McDonald is currently the Director of the Albemarle Foundation and has a background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Dave has also held positions at Duke Energy Corporation where Dave managed strategic recruiting programs and was involved in HR merger consolidation projects. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Pfeiffer University, Dave has a strong foundation in business and HR practices. Throughout their career, Dave has shown a dedication to building internal TA functions, implementing diverse candidate slates, and utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise and Celonis to improve recruiting processes.
