Jeff Vitters

Jeff Vitters has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Jeff began their career in 2005 at Clariant, where they held various roles including HR Manager and HR Business Partner. Jeff later became the Head of HR Controlling, Technology, Processes, and International Assignments, and then the Manager of Development & Training. Jeff also served as the Head of Talent Management, NA, and the Global Talent Manager. In 2016, they moved to Albemarle Corporation, where they have since held positions as the Sr. Director of Global Talent Management and currently as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Jeff Vitters earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business in 1999 to 2003. Jeff then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same institution in 2003 to 2004.
