Jeffrey Nakayama

Jeffrey Nakayama, CFA, CPA has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Equity Trader at Schonfeld Securities until 2011. From 2013 to 2016, they were part of Ernst & Young LLP's Transaction Advisory Services. Afterwards, Jeffrey joined KPMG LLP's Economic & Valuation Services team, where they stayed until 2018. Since then, Jeffrey has held multiple roles at Albemarle Corporation, including Manager of Bromine Finance from 2018 to 2020, Manager of Investor Relations from 2020 to 2021, and Vice President of Chief Financial Officer, Catalysts from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Technical Accounting at Albemarle Corporation.

Jeffrey Nakayama, CFA, CPA holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jeffrey also earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. In 2017, Jeffrey obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners.
