Jose C. has extensive experience in ethics and compliance roles. Jose started their career in the US Army, serving as an Officer for over 12 years. Jose then joined BP and held various positions, including Segment Compliance Manager, Regional Procurment Mgr, Global Logistics Market Sector Manager, and Procurement Logistics Manager. In these roles, they focused on developing compliance plans, implementing risk mitigation tools and processes, and ensuring adherence to ethics and compliance policies. Jose also worked at Sysco as the Vice President of Ethics & Compliance, where they managed strategy development and oversight of the corporate ethics and compliance program. Their most recent position was as the Regional Ethics & Compliance Director at Albemarle Corporation.

Jose C. attended Temple University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies.
