Kevin Caple possesses extensive experience in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as R&T Manager for Process Development and Resource Management at Albemarle Corporation since June 2014. Caple has progressed through various roles at Albemarle, including R&T Program Manager and multiple engineer titles. Prior to this, Caple completed a PhD and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering at Oregon State University, where involvement included reaction engineering and mentoring students. An early career internship at CH2M HILL provided foundational experience in various industrial sectors, including oil refining and water treatment. Academic qualifications also include a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Linfield University.
