Melanie E. Boyajian has a strong background in employee experience, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. With experience at companies like Albemarle Corporation, Duke Energy Corporation, Dow, and their own consulting firm, MelAr Consulting, LLC, Melanie has honed their skills in management consulting and strategic workforce planning. Melanie holds a Master of Arts and PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University, as well as a BA in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University.
