Melissa Gannaway

Melissa Gannaway is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in various industries, currently holding the position of Process Engineer IV at Albemarle Corporation since January 2023. Previous roles include Process Engineer at SA Automotive and Tesla, where responsibilities focused on the production of battery modules. Melissa served as a Senior Process Engineer at INTEGRATED TEST CORPORATION, managing the plating and etching of printed circuit boards, and as Chemical Process Engineer & Technical Manager at Dura-Tech Processes, overseeing chemical processes for plating oilfield pump parts. Additional experience includes formulating emission control solutions at Synergy Catalyst and quality control for personal care products at Naturich Labs. Melissa began a career in education as a substitute teacher and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Dallas.
