Caja Den Ouden

Caja den Ouden has extensive experience in educational roles, currently serving as Directeur Junior Campus and previously as a Leerkracht in various groups at Alberdingk Thijm Scholen since August 2020. Prior experience includes positions at Katholieke Scholenstichting Utrecht, where Caja held roles as Leerkracht groep 7/8 and served as Leerteamvoorzitter and IPC coordinator from August 2018 to July 2020. Earlier experience at Alberdingk Thijm Scholen from January 2014 to July 2018 involved responsibilities such as developing a technology curriculum and coordinating the upper grades and ICT/creative technologies. Caja holds a Post HBO degree in Leadership within Catholic foundational education from Alberdingk Thijm College and a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, along with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management from European Fashion Business School TMO.
