Kait’s areas of expertise include design thinking, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness. She has a background in facilitation, consulting, and mentoring. Kait holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field.
