Jake Bauer

Jake Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jake worked at Alberici Constructors as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing benefit and COBRA administration and managing the HRIS. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Organizational Development at the same company, where they directed training and staff development programs. Before joining Alberici Constructors, Jake worked as an HR/Training Specialist and Instructional Designer at GKN Aerospace, where they designed and evaluated training programs. Jake also served as a Senior Academic Analyst at Vatterott College, where they were responsible for monitoring academic aspects, data collection, and implementing new programs. Earlier in their career, Jake worked as a Server/Bartender/Certified Trainer at Red Lobster and as a Shift Manager at It's A Gas L.L.C. D.B.A. Blue Rhino.

Jake Bauer's education history begins in 2004 when they attended East Central College and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management by 2006. Jake then continued their studies at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from 2007 to 2009. Afterward, they pursued further education at the same university and successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jake Bauer also obtained a certification in the Future of Learning Forum Executive Education Program from Columbia University in the City of New York in March 2017.
