Allison Lester

Allison Lester is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Albers Aerospace since July 2024, Lester previously held the position of Business Operational Finance Manager at Blue Canyon Technologies and worked in several capacities at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, including Sr Manager of Supply Chain Management and Finance Manager II. With roots in financial analysis and project cost forecasting, Lester has a proven track record of identifying cost reduction opportunities and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. Earlier experience includes serving as an Extension Agent for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Services, where program planning and volunteer training were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor of Individualized Studies from the same institution.
