Jennifer Gillen

Jennifer Gillen has a strong background in land development engineering. Jennifer started their career in 2004 as a Project Engineer/Manager at Rick Engineering Company. In 2015, they joined Albert A. Webb Associates (WEBB) as a Senior Engineer and worked their way up to become the Deputy Director of Land Development in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Land Development Engineering at WEBB.

Jennifer Gillen earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they obtained the certification of Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner (QSD/QSP) from the CA Storm Water Quality Association in December 2010. Jennifer also became a Professional Engineer (PE) certified by the Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in July 2007.
