Xavier Mendez

Xavier Mendez brings extensive experience in the construction and public works sectors, currently serving as a Construction Inspector at Albert A. Webb Associates since March 2023. Prior to this role, Xavier held the position of Public Works Superintendent for the City of Montclair from October 1992 until retirement in February 2021, overseeing local public works maintenance. Earlier career experience includes working as a Parts Manager at Los Angeles Harley Davidson Dealership from April 1989 to June 1994, where responsibilities included service, parts, and occasional clothing management. Xavier is an alumnus of Montclair High School, graduating between 1982 and 1985.
